Delivery and Returns

Goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the shipment.

The product must be intact – without any signs of use.
Returns are only valid for standard products available on our website. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returned items must be properly protected for transport – it is best to use the original packaging to protect the product from damage.

The declaration of withdrawal from the contract may be submitted in writing to the following address: ul. Poziomkowa 23, 05-092 Dziekanów Nowy ; or electronically to the following address: hello@sote.design

After receiving the shipment, please check the product carefully.
If you notice any shortages, damage or signs of improper handling during transport, please inform us immediately.

To speed up the reporting process, please document the damage – preferably with photos of the packaging and the product itself, preferably in the presence of the courier.

Depending on the situation and your preferences, we may offer a partial refund, send a replacement part, or exchange the product for a new one as part of a complaint.
